Delivery.

The options we offer, pricing, and courier information.

If you have ordered a product that isn’t Xsensible or Friendly Shoes, it will be sent with our standard delivery service (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Orders made for the mentioned brands will have different delivery estimates. See the next section for specific information.

Any orders placed outside of our operating hours will be processed the following working day. Please be aware that this may affect delivery times. Orders may also be delayed during exceptionally busy periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Standard orders.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Free

    Our standard delivery service. Estimated delivery time 2-3 working days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 £7.99

    Delivered next working day if ordered before 2PM. If an order is placed after this time, your expected delivery date will change to the following business day.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1PM) £11.99

    Next business day if ordered before 2PM. If an order is placed after this time, your expected delivery date will change to the following business day.

Special orders (Xsensible and Friendly Shoes).

While we hold stock of Xsensible and Friendly Shoes products in our warehouse, not all colourways and sizes are available. In the event that you order a product which we do not have on hand, it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Because of this, the delivery times will vary. At the checkout, please select Royal Mail Tracked 48 if no other option is available.

  • Xsensible Free

    2-3 weeks.

  • Friendly Shoes Free

    1 week.

International orders.

We may be able to ship to other countries. If you would like to place an order from overseas, please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs, including any extra charges (i.e. customs).

Please contact us with the details of the product that you would like to order and your shipping address. Once we have this, we will provide a postage cost.
