Providing a variety of services for our visitors, ShoeFit.uk is primarily a resource for information and a shopping channel. For this reason, we are committed to improving the user experience on our website. When possible, we are applying the relevant accessibility standards (WCAG).

The following are some of the practices we have as part of our workflow during development:

• Peer feedback.
• Usability testing.

However, while we endeavour to make improvements, there are implementations that cannot be easily changed i.e. brand colours. Despite this, we are continuously looking for alternative ways to help our visitors, and welcome your feedback on our journey.
